Mezzo Allies, Inc.
Laurie Krull, LCSW-R, has spent over 35 years helping people heal from trauma in even the most difficult circumstances. She believes that hope begins when survivors feel truly seen and supported by someone who understands. Laurie began her career in 1989 with Child Protective Services in Massachusetts and later worked in outpatient children's mental health in Buffalo. In 2000, she specialized in adoption and attachment and since 2015 has maintained a private practice focused on trauma and healing. In 2022, Laurie co-launched The Ugly Truth About the Girl Next Door podcast, which led to the founding of Mezzo Allies, Inc., a survivor-led nonprofit. As Clinical Director, she is committed to raising awareness and building professional capacity to respond to organized abuse and family-controlled commercial sexual exploitation of children.
