Our signature fundraising event takes place in March each year. The evening includes a silent auction, wine tasting during the cocktail hour, dinner, and a live auction.

This popular “start of summer” golf event is a scramble-format tournament with tee times in the morning and afternoon. There are many exclusive sponsorships available for this event that provide great exposure.

イベントガイドライン
When you support the the CAC by hosting an event, you’re benefiting our organization financially and by bringing awareness about our mission to the community! Consult with our staff for ideas, marketing and social media support, and on-site staff support.
Please give 30 days' notice to request a member of our staff to attend your event. You can send this request to outreach@cacgroc.org.

Liquor license
Funding or reimbursement for your expenses
Mailing list of potential donors or vendors
イベント企画: 成功のヒント
Purpose: Does the event help create awareness of The CAC's mission and values? Will the event motivate the community to act?
Target Audience: Consider who will be attending and participating in the event. Will the event be open to the community? Will you be selling tickets?
Timeline: Choose a date far enough in advance to give yourself time to work on all the fabulous details. Consult with our staff for help, and be aware of conflicting events in the community.
Promotion: Consult with our staff to help promote the event. Tag us on social media to help bring the community to our page and create awareness. We love to share what our Champions for Children are doing!
Budget: Set a realistic budget and fundraising goal. Estimate the costs of all the different factors that go into the event. It is always recommended to be transparent with supporters about the donation you will be making to our organization.
Managing Donations: After your event, there are several ways you can send us your donations. Whether it is online through our website or by mailing it to us, we appreciate your contributions!
